Family Court Stress Support
Emotional, spiritual, and practical encouragement for people navigating court-related family stress. Agape does not provide legal advice.
Agape Family Foundation exists to assist, comfort, and guide individuals and families through difficult seasons with compassionate support, practical education, mentoring, optional faith-informed encouragement, and connections to trusted community resources.
Legal decisions may resolve a case. Families often still need help rebuilding communication, trust, stability, and hope.
Connect families with appropriate support and resources.
Create a calm place where people can feel heard and respected.
Offer practical next steps, encouragement, education, and referrals.
Family conflict is not only a legal matter. It is also human, relational, emotional, and often spiritual.
Agape grew from firsthand experience with family conflict and the emotional toll that court involvement and broken relationships can create. Courts can decide legal questions, but families may still need help rebuilding communication, strengthening parenting relationships, finding emotional support, and moving forward after difficult proceedings.
Agape is designed to complement—not replace—legal, clinical, or emergency services.
Sometimes a court order resolves the legal question, but families still need help with what comes next. Agape offers support, encouragement, education, mentoring, and resource navigation as families work toward a healthier future.

Important: Educational information will not replace advice or representation from a licensed attorney.

Workshop dates and registration details will be shared as funding and facilitators are secured.
Agape hopes to make commonly used, publicly available forms and preparation checklists easier to find, understand, and organize before someone speaks with the court or an attorney.
Forms will be provided with clear instructions to verify current requirements and filing rules.
When grant support and qualified legal partners are in place, Agape intends to help eligible individuals in need access free or reduced-cost legal retainers.
Availability, eligibility, attorney acceptance, and the scope of services will vary. Assistance cannot be guaranteed.
Peer-support spaces for people coping with separation, strained parent-child relationships, grief, isolation, and the emotional impact of perceived or experienced parental alienation.
Groups will focus on safety, healthy coping, child-centered choices, accountability, and appropriate referrals—not diagnosing family members or deciding legal disputes.
Agape plans to bring families and trusted providers together through scheduled resource days with legal-aid organizations, counselors, churches, housing and benefits programs, schools, and other community services.
Providers will remain responsible for their own advice, eligibility decisions, and services.
Grantmakers, attorneys, clinicians, educators, churches, family-service organizations, and volunteers can help turn these plans into accessible programs. Contact Agape to discuss a partnership, workshop contribution, referral relationship, or private gift.
